I apologize for objecting, but I don't see why I need to specify a bakugan. As you might already know, there is a card in the shop named Twister which has the same effect as this one. All ventus bakugans can use that effect, so why should Oberus be the only one able to use it if other Ventus bakugan have access to this effect?

Because this also negates the opponents abilities. Those are two rather powerful effects.
