Card Type: Special Ability
Attribute: Subterra
Effect: Nullifies your opponents abilities and gate card(except fusion), and prevent your opponent from activating normal abilities.
Description: Vulcan fires his fists, and immediately after they are fired, they merge into one and twists as it aims for the opponent.

Card Type: Fusion
Attribute: Subterra
Effect: Copy/reuse any effect used. If you are using Primo Vulcan, the increases your opponent gained from their cards become decreases for them instead.
Description: Vulcan fires one fist at the opponent. The fist strikes the opponent using its knuckle, causing severe pain.
